Grandmother no longer drives. 1985 Plymouth Reliant color blue - needs new paint job since exterior looks weathered, interior weathered as well. Since 1987 no highway driving only local driving. Not sure of mileage. Car does not run, has not ran for over a year now, car will need to be towed out of driveway. The problem with car over a year ago was the alternator and so she had it replaced but it still would not start so she parked it. Tried to donate car but no title. We have document from DMV - affidavit for transfer with out probate. DMV says this document is same as title - no problem with donating.
Only serious persons able to tow car reply. Both She and I are unable to explain car issues further except that the car was running until something about the starter/alternator problem.
