MASSAGE THERAPY<<<<

Title MASSAGE THERAPY<<<<
Category Health & Medical : Nutrition

Description A massage therapist/bodyworker cannot help but be touched (excuse the pun) very deeply as one goes through the training programs. It is a very healing experience. The healers learn how to heal themselves first to be able to help others to balance the body, mind and spirit connection. I am very proud and honored to be a part of the alternative healing profession.
A variety of bodywork I offer are usually performed with clients in their regular comfortable clothing such as gym wear or any loose, non-binding tops and pants. Out of all the modalities I practice, only Swedish massage needs access to bare skin. You always undress to your comfort level and proper draping is Standard Operating Procedure. My practice is focused on therapeutic and transformative bodywork. I value the trust that you bestow on me by coming here, so please recognize that in this healing environment, you are treated in a very sensitive, nurturing and non-judgemental way at all times. I firmly believe in reciprocity. This is why I treat you the way I would have you treat me and I conduct my practice the way I would have it done for myself.
I have developed an approach that integrates any combination of the techniques (Acupressure, Vibrational, Swedish, Tui Na, Zen Shiatsu, Reiki and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (Wat Po Certification) that I have at my fingertips (pun intended) unless, of course you specify which modality you prefer. Spa treatments I offer are: hot stones massage, salt/sugar polish, herbal oil wraps, good old low tech facials (just my capable hands, hot towels, aromatherapy and holistic all natural products. I am also certified to do pre and post natal massage (for Dad's too. Hey, stress is an equal opportunity affliction!).
As a holistic massage therapist and bodyworker (yes, it is a different level from being a "masseuse") coaching on breathing, fluid body model, language of healing, health, nutrition and sometimes even Feng shui tips come with your sessions. The quality of time you spend with me is my primary concern. After all, at $80/hour for bodywork and $85+/hour for spa treatments, you better get the best. You do, and a lot more! I have a beautiful studio inviting you to walk in, have some tea, take a shower if you want and wind down. Time starts when you are ready to receive and you have my full attention from the moment I lay my hands on you. After your treatment, you are never rushed out. I give you ample time to lay still and allow the beneficial effects to sink in--another luxury that I am able to offer you because I am not "on the clock." I love my practice. I take pride in my ability and am truly grateful for this gift that I am able to share with you.
As a result of my continued research and frequent forays into different salons and spas, I have personally tested and selected the lotions, creams and massage oils that I use and all are natural, organic when available and the essential oils for aromatherapy are 100% pure. Because I believe in the beneficial effects of aromatherapy, I always offer it without extra charge, unless you specifically opt out. Please let me know if you have any health concerns or allergies when you make your appointment in order for me to better tailor your treatment to your needs and facilitate the healing process.
I closely guard the beneficial Qi, harmony and serenity in my healing space. This is the reason my practice is by appointment only and I never take drop-ins. Please allow the continuous flow of positive energy and share this with wonderful people just like you.
Let me guide you down the path to a happy, healthy and stress-free lifestyle. I invite you to incorporate regular massage and bodywork as an indispensable requisite component of your fitness, inner beauty & well being program.
Thank you for allowing me to touch your life; as with joy, I welcome you into mine.
