We are all between 31-37 fun-loving and responsible professionals --gay and straight, Latin, White and Other who work hard and enjoy great conversations and get togethers when we have a free moment but for the most part do our own things and live our own lives.
The flat has a back patio with plants and flowers and is very enjoyable to garden/hang out on.
$950 includes all utilities including phone, voicemail, high speed internet,cable tv, electricity, gas, weekly housekeeping for common areas. Deposit is $850.00
The Flat is available as of March 15th for a minimum 3 month sublet but can go longer if mutually agreeable and is month to month . Also, it is furnished, but can be provided unfurnished for a long term commitment.
