I have a great apartment up in Twin Peaks. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that open up to the balcony that overlooks the city. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished (minus the vacant room of course). My current roommate is moving out of San Francisco due to a career change. So I am looking to fill the apartment by May 1st, an earlier move-in date is negotiable however.
The apartment is also great for commuting into the city if you don't have a car. Basically there is the 37 that picks up right in front of our apartment building that takes you to Castro station within about 10 minutes. Parking is possible, but will need to discuss it with the property manager.
As far as myself, I'm 24 years old, college educated, and working the whole 9-5 corporate job in downtown SF doing internet marketing. I'm the type of person that enjoys going out and having fun and being active, but I also like to take nights and just veg on the couch in front of the tv. I'm also a gay male who is confident and comfortable with who I am.
In terms of a roommate, I haven't figured out who or what I'm looking for. My current roommate is one of my best friends who I went to college with and our living habits mesh perfectly. I'm open to a guy or a girl, gay or straight. Ideally though I would like someone who is also career-oriented and lives an active lifestyle. Age is not important to me, but I just want someone who is mature and respectful. I'm not messy, but I'm not a neat freak. I tend to keep the kitchen and living room tidy. Occassionally there will be a few dishes in the sink but they will be gone by the end of the day or the following morning. So I'm looking for someone similar.
I've never had a bad living situation, and am not looking to have one this time around! So if you are interested, send me an email and tell me about yourself and also your time frame on when you are looking to move in. I've attached some pictures of the apartment and the room. The lighting isn't that great in the pictures, but I assure you the room and the living room get a lot of sunlight! Also, the size of the room is approximately 11x11 feet.
