$775 - Sublet Sunset Room in Secluded House. Close to Everything. (inner sunset / UCSF)

Title $775 - Sublet Sunset Room in Secluded House. Close to Everything. (inner sunset / UCSF)
Category Health & Medical : Nutrition
Created 03/15/06
Description -Available April 1st.

-Near corner of 18th and Irving. One block from GG Park; one block to N Judah; hop, skip and a jump to UCSF; easy walking distance to scads of great restaurants and markets; across street from public library (temporarily closed).

-Two-story Victorian house (3BD, 2BA) located behind a small apartment building, affording privacy and a buffer from traffic noise.

-Two housemates include: Adam, 32, a coordinator for a teen mentorship program in environmental education based out of the Marin Headlands; also Chris, 29, a student at SFSU in nutrition who spends most of his free time snowboarding or surfing, depending on the season. Both are bodacious beyond description. Considerate, too.

-Room in question is roughly 10'X20', with a west-facing window (from which one can watch the sunset, yet still provides much privacy as the windowless building in front obstructs most of the view below the horizon), a large closet and a shared bathroom. There is also some hallway space outside the room that could be included with a negotiated increase in rent.

-Rest of house is spacious and, noted by all who visit during the day, very bright and sunny.

-Redwood-shaded Backyard is mostly concrete, but includes a large garden bed (This has been partially planted, though an enterprising individual might implement a better horticultural arrangement). Also includes a large storage shed and many wild birds.

-Responsive landlady had house completely refurbished before we moved in, i.e. everything is new.

-Sorry, no pets allowed.

-Lease is up in August with the possibility of renewal or month-to-month rental.

**Please email a bit about yourself and when you might be available to meet us / see the house.

Thanks. –Evan
