We are two motivated, upbeat, inspirational, spiritually minded business women in our 30s looking for a third to join our community household. We have a 12x12 room available in a wonderful big house (2200 sq. ft.) in the Carbonera area, close to downtown. It has a big kitchen, LR, FR, W/D, and a beautiful big backyard with fruit trees and lots of space for peaceful contemplation. The rent is $750 a month, plus 1/3 utilities and $750 deposit.
We are considerate, generous, respectful, positive, quiet, thoughtful, and supportive. We are looking for someone who is interested in being an active part of the household as a conscious creator, compassionate communicator.
Our intention is to create a fun, uplifting, supportive community environment where we strive to honor, respect, and encourage each other in all areas of our lives.
