Hello!
We are 2 guys, a girl and a kitten looking for a 4th person to make our house a home. We are all in our mid 20's one of us work in the fine art world, one of us works at a hair salon, the other works at a restaurant. We like to keep our house pretty clean but are not super anal about it. We like to pay bills on time and be responsible, but we also like to party on the weekends, go out to bars and have people over from time to time. All of us are queer, have tatoos, are very liberal and eat meat.
What we are looking for someone who :
-Is in their 20's or early 30's
-Pays bills on time
-Cleans up after themselves and is willing to do a weekly chore
-is fun but not too crazy, is not super loud but also not a corpse
-has a life outside the house, isn't a hermit, and is willing to kick it or have a meal from time to tiime
-420 friendly
-Race, Gender, sexual orientation, education, religion etc. are unimportant
-IS NOT a republican, homophobic, racist, trasphobic or a mysogynist
-IS NOT passive aggressive and can communicate well.
The House:
It is a beautiful 2 floor townhouse located roughly on South Van Ness and 26th st. It is full of light, has hardwood floors, a great kitchen(lots of counter space), new appliances (including a dishwasher) a back patio, large living room, basement storage, a clawfoot bathtub and lots of windows. Your room is the largest room in the house, and it is located on the second floor adjacent to the bathroom. It has 3 huge windows, a large closet, and hardwood floors.
This is a great house, everything is new and really really nice, we have an adorble sweet kitten, lots of plants, nice furniture, tons of records (and 3 record players.) We are active people and are usually really busy working on colaborative art projects.
