We are three guys and our gal is leaving us after four years to pursue Hollywood. So we are looking for a fourth to complete our family. Sounds like a lot of folks but this house is 3 stories and over 3800 sq ft. With everyone's different schedules, we're hardly all here at the same time, we're never too crowded. When we are all home we enjoy cooking dinner, glass of wine, movie etc.
We prefere a girl to move in, to add a balance of sexes, but will consider a "very clean" male. There are a lot of perks to living here. As I mentioned , the house is very large and has three stories, so we're all spread out pretty nicely. It has been newly remodeled to the latest modern theme with high-end finishes. The bay views from our decks are awesome. We have a large back yard that gets plenty of sun. Cooking in our gourmet kitchen is always a good place to entertain your dinner guests. We boast a 42" plasma with surround sound, washer/dryer, gym, maid service, (wireless DSL, digital cable, and phone jacks to all bedrooms),security cameras, hot tub, plenty of parking, and I mean plenty! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is close to bart/public and freeways. We are way up on a hill so we are hidden from the noisey hustle and bustle of the inner city.
I am the owner, 36yo contractor, and occupy the entire bottom floor with my own bathroom. This is also a perk because nothing stays broken, no more trying to track down the landlord for repairs, etc. I have lived here for 14 years. The second floor is home to Clemente, a 26y.o. student recently back from military duty in Saudi.He has his own bathroom and essentially his own floor. The third floor has :Damien(37y.o. , works for AAA, has the master bed and bathroom).
The third floor is also location to the room for rent.The room is 12' x 12' and has tons of closet space. It's window opens to a small lightwell garden. It has its own pv bathroom also on the third floor. It is avail April 1, 2006
It is best to own a car, eventhough we are only 8 min. from downtown on freeway and close to public transportation, we are a bit remote from the inner city. We are located in Excelsior Heights which is considered outer Mission.
prefere non-smoker, must be clean and respectful, (we're not a party crowd), no hard drugs, we do have a cat but are not looking for any more.
