We have a great newly painted (14*10) room with a huge double closet, new carpet, both a private entrance as well as an interior door to the common areas and easy access to the laundry room, not coin operated, in a Victorian that is currently being refurbished cosmetically. Be a part of this happy home. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in your portion of the duplex. This means that there are 3 people and two full bathrooms with bathtub/showers.
We are only about 15 minutes away from SF. The house is located near bus lines/BART/alameda ferry to SF. People also do ride share to SF from nearby. This is a safe area where you can walk around at night without being bothered.
This house is a duplex with two units. You get to use the complete house with all of our toys. We have a nice living room with a cozy feel and plenty of space. We have a beautiful dining room ready for dinner with roommates or just having friends over. We really like people, but we work a lot. You won¡¦t see people constantly, but on the weekends if you want to hang out, we like to gather and have dinner, go out different places like movies, pinball, or dancing, or just go for walks downtown.
Love to cook? We have a large kitchen put together by a hobbyist pastry chef. If there is something you¡¦ve wanted to try, we probably have it. Want company, just invite (Its more fun to cook with others or have people to just hang out with ƒº) Are you a geek looking for that perfect network environment? Well we have a 4Mb x.5Mb connection to the internet with a spiffy firewall to protect your ASSets. We are 30 year old professionals so you won¡¦t have to deal with games like you may have in college. We are adults who like people, like to have fun, but also like to live in a clean happy environment. We have a hot tub. We have a 50 * 90 back yard with a chimenea (fire place), tables and chairs, and a hammock for hanging out on a warm day with friends or without when you just want to relax, take a nap, or read a book. We have all the premium services which we all split to make them extremely affordable.
We like to share food, but it is not required. When we share it costs much less. Either way there is no fighting over "who went into my cabinet". We are all working professionals the stress is not worth the cost. We try to eat together. It is just as easy to cook for more as it is one and I find it more enjoyable than sitting in front of the television with fast food. Also, we are not living in a vacuum we live together and it's nice for people to touch base and communicate 1950's style: over pancakes and a nice cup of tea on the weekend.
