We have a room openning up on April 1 in a 3-bedroom Sunset house located at 28th Avenue, between Judah and Kirkham. It's a pretty nice setup with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, single car garage, big kitchen, and big living room located right in the heart of the Sunset district. The lease is month-to-month so you could really leave anytime you want. Rent is $680 per month, which includes utilities! So we leave the heater on all day ;)
We are only 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park, a mile from Ocean Beach, a mile from UCSF, and just a few blocks from stores/restaurants at Judah/25th. The N-Judah MUNI basically stops at our door. There is plenty of street parking as well.
There are currently 3 people living here, one of which is moving out by the end of March. The two of us sticking around are straight male mid-twenties working professionals recently out of college now looking to go back to school or continue having bachelor fun. We're pretty laid back and easy going, with eclectic tastes for the arts/music (at least I'd like to think that) who appreciate the progressive nature of the city. We like to party at night/weekends but are very responsible contributors to society.
This is a great place if you are a student or working professional who wants to live in the city without the downtown craziness. We're just looking for someone thats mellow and easy to get along with, male or female. Let me know if you'd like to come look at the house, and we can set something up. I work regular 9-5 hours so anytime at night would work.
