Tragedy: our lovely housemate, Zea is moving in with her BF!
We’re totally depressed, but we’ll probably get over it. So…we need a new housemate.
The Room: is mid-sized with a big closet. Sunny windows. Carpet.
Available April 1^st ! $650 + utilities.
The House: is nestled on a quiet street in a sunny part of seabright, a block from De La Viega. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Big garage full of bicycles and a foosball table. The house is of a good size, full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, lots of plants, wireless internet, sunday subscription to the new york times. Yard has nice trees, a lawn, outdoor bbq, hoseshoe pit. We have a lease through the end of July, which can be renewed.
The ‘mates: are a so cool. Elaina is a little sarcastic, and
works as an accountant and a bike messenger. She loves to travel and play soccer. Bobby is more sarcastic than Elaina , works at a mountain bike manufacturer, likes photography, riding bikes, fishing and cleaning the garage. We are both pretty obsessed with riding bikes: mountain, road, ‘cross, cool vintage cruisers. We are social but quiet. Clean, but not neat. And we eat dairy products, meat, and lots of coffee.
You?!?!?: Someone who will be friendly and hang out sometimes. Someone
with a job. Someone who rides bikes, or is otherwise active in the outdoors. A Non-smoker please, without pets. An enthusiast of something. Oh, and you’re
going to share a bathroom with Elaina, so she’d prefer you’re a woman. Or at least a guy that never stinks and pees sitting down.
