We have one small room available in our flat. The room has a nice sized window and closet. Although the room is on the small side our apartment is big and roomy. We have a nice sized living room, big sunny kitchen and small laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. The flat is on the third floor; so mid-day we get loads of sun.
About us:
You would be living with two women who both turn 30 in April. We are pretty busy ladies but we both appreciate a nice cozy place to come home to at the end of the day or night. We're pretty clean but certainly not anal. And we aren't home a whole lot. While we both share a love for some trashy TV once in a while we prefer to live with someone who doesn't plant themselves in front of the TV with a bong all day. We both enjoy our fair share of alcohol and often go out, but we're not too into a party house. Although we've been known to entertain and have friends over for dinner or parties once in a while. One of us is in school full time at Mills and spends a good amount of her time there. When she's not at school or nannying she's spending time with her boyfriend, who spends about 3 or 4 nights a week at our house. The other one of us has a full time job at a publishing house and a small craft business she runs out of her room. You must be OK with having boyfriends/ect spending the night. We don't have a whole lot of house guests but it happens and we're not too into someone getting upset that one of our boyfriends or someone we brought home is spending the night.
We're not into making a laundry list of who we want or don't want to live with, but we're really sad to be losing our roommate to NY and we'll probably do our best to find his doppelganger. We really like the balance living with a guy has brought, although we certainly don't discriminate, women, men, gay, straight- please respond. We're open minded people.
We each have a cat, and as much as we love animals we probably don't want anymore.
The room is available on April 15th. The cost is $650 before utilities (which are usually only about 30 bucks a month).
