Our third housemate is graduating and moving away before Spring Quarter. So we have a room for rent in a cool 3-bedroom house. The rent is $650 without utilities. We have no cable, but have DSL, and our bills are no more or less than average. The house is clean, pleasant, and comfortable. It has a lot of toys, like music instruments, a pool table, and a cool entertainment center.
I am a 21 year old male studying biology and my housemate is 22 studying psychology. We are laid back, simple, and easy going. We have fun when we need to and study when we need to. It's nice to leave room for the unpredictable.
The room is 10x12, has one large window, and is on the "sunnier" side of the house, so it gets just the right amount of sun. You would have to share a full sized bathroom too. My parents are also the landlords. Okay, so if interested email and I'll try to respond soon.
