HOUSE OF TWO HUMANS SEEKS THIRD HUMAN. $650 + UTILITIES, PRIVATE ENTRANCE
WE ARE: 2 easy going, young at heart 50+ straight males who work day management jobs, no smoking no heavy drugs.
THE HOUSE: is carpeted, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and is around the corner from Sequoia Hospital and close to 280 & 101. It has a nice front yard, ample parking, washer and dryer in the basement and large picture window in living room. Shared use of fully stocked kitchen and living room.
THE ROOM: is in the back of the house, near the bathroom. Room is medium sized, measures 11' x 11' with a 7 1/2' x 34" closet with a full length mirror on closet door. New paint and vertical window blinds, carpets just cleaned.
PETS: fish, birds, cats considered, but not enough room for a dog, sorry.
OUR OPENING: is available after January 15, following a friend and long-term lady roommate having relocated to Chico to assume grandmotherly duties. We welcome male or female roommates with characteristics similar to those shown below.
YOU ARE: easy going, responsible, open minded, sociable but not a heavy party-er or overly talkative (you know what I mean), preferably non smoker who will pay rent on time and share the costs of utilities and upkeep of the common areas.
