Glen Park: 10x10 room with Walk-in Closet. Huge Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Basement Storage, Big Clean Bathroom with PLENTY of Hot Water. Garden. 10 minutes from BART, 101, 280 and multiple Muni Lines. Plenty of Parking. Hardwood Floors. Awesome Roommates (outlined below).
Our roommate has called us the best roommates ever to live with and wouldn't be moving out at all but for an opportunity that he couldn't pass up.
The neighborhood is in a perfect section of Glen Park with lots of available parking (even more when our roommate's two vans disappear), close to multiple transportation lines (14, 23, 24, 35, 44, 49, 52 and J along with the 26, which stops across the street), plus a short walk down to BART and just minutes away from 280 and 101. Close to grocery stores and resturants on Mission, Church and Diamond Streets, and an asthmatic walk to the best view of the city ever.
We, the best roommates, are Marguerite, 35-years old and 29-year old Jason, who work in Clinical Research and a Biotech company. We are easy-going, laid back, friendly, responsible, quiet and reasonably clean and very easy to get along with and are looking for the same in you. Please no drugs, smoking or pets (that includes the other half of couples). Jason plays occasional acoustic guitar (And I sing pretty loudly but will shut up if you come in with your hands over your ears and a pained expression on your face.), and Marguerite volunteers with a homeless program and goes to night school. We like to cook and have the occasional dinner or dessert party.
And a big plus for San Francisco, a wonderful landlord. He is a very friendly and kind man, unobtrusive but attentive, and who is quick to respond if any issue arrises that needs fixing.
Move-in is 1st Month's rent plus $200 deposit. You can move in anytime after April 1st. Extra is $50/month for a cleaning lady who comes 2x a month ($25 every two weeks) plus 1/3 of utilities and 1/2 of cable and DSL bills if inclined.
