We have a decent size room for rent in our house. It comes with a full size bed, dresser, and a side table. The bathroom would be shared with one person. The $650 includes utilities, use of kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless high-speed internet, direct TV, weekly yard maintenance, and use of the big backyard.
We are 2 sisters in our early twenties. We are looking for someone that is also in their 20's, has a life, doesn't mind if we are loud on friday or saturday nights, can clean up after themselves in the bathroom, doesn't find it neccessary to go into the other bedrooms, and just in general is not an annoying asshole.
