I'm looking for someone to fill a room in my Santa Clara house. It's an older house but very well-kept. The room is cozy with about 120 sq. feet and an interesting ceiling- some architectural elements. Very convenient location near Benton and Lawrence, in between 280 and 101. 10 minutes from Santa Clara U and 15 from San Jose State. The bathroom will be shared with another roommate, the bathroom is a new remodel, very nice. The house is fully furnished except for the rental rooms. I'm still in the middle of decorating the house, but the walls are nice and colorful. All the necessary conveniences are here for you- cable, wireless internet, washer/dryer, ample parking, etc.
This room is great for students and young professionals, females only please. I'm more comfortable living with someone close to my age (20-28). Nice n quiet- good place to study and relax. I respect my roommate's privacy and I expect the same in return. I want a roommate who is clean and won't make me clean up after them. I try to keep the environment drama-free. I also have a boston terrier named Lilo who is super friendly, he runs the joint, hehe. However, I don't think there's any room for more pets in the house. I'm pretty social and sometimes I like to have guests over, no real huge crazy parties though. Rent is $650 a month + utilities. $500 deposit. Free cable. I'm looking to fill the room by April.
