Hi, i'm moving out of my Russian hill apartment and my roomate Kaitlyn is looking for two new roomates. Kaity is a mellow 22 year old communications student at SFSU, she is definitely a hard working full time student, but she does goes out one weekends and the occasional weeknight and is a lot of fun!
The apartment is on hyde street between broadway and pacific. Because it is on hyde street there is noise from the cable cars, but neither of us have found it a problem. The house is clean and organized but not uptight, as long as your considerate and reasonable there is a very laid back, fun atmosphere. The apartment is a two bedroom with the living room converted to a three bedroom so there is no real common area. We have roof access with an AMAZING view of the golden gate bridge, pac heights, nob hill and russian hill.
**move in date is negotiable; hopefully around april 1st but i'm moving in with another friend so i don't have any problem with staying a little longer or shorter depending on your needs. You will need to sign the lease (which ends in november), and put down a depsosit of $550.

*the first will be renting for $625 is 12X12 with walk in closet, windows facing hyde street, and hardwood floors.
**the second room is 10X14 and will be renting for $500 (the reason it's so inexpensive is that it was once used as the common room and everyone must walk through a small part of the room to enter the kitchen. We have a moveable wall put in place that blocks off the room, making it much more private. It's also a little darker, but since it's off Hyde it's much quieter. it's a great space and a great deal
about you: preferably a student age 20-28, relaxed, courteous, male or female, likes to go out and have fun but also be studious and respectful, must be able to pay rent on time, trustworthy
