Community areas include laundry, furnished living room and a roomy, all-electric kitchen with some new appliances and plenty of cupboard space for your use. Utilities are shared equally with the number of residents living on the property, and copies of the detailed invoices are also given to you. On-street parking. Private phone hook up.
Prefer one permanent, quiet and clean adult. No pets, smoking, drugs, or alcohol. The residence is a very nice 5-bedroom, 5-bath, 2-story split-level home radiating a home-like atmosphere. The people living here are quiet, friendly and private. The cul-de-sac neighborhood is safe, quiet and pleasant; across the street from California School for the Deaf/Blind and bus stop nearby; fairly close to Fremont BART (a good walk), shopping, church, fitness center, Lake Elizabeth, hospitals. Some neighbors grow gardens and have been known to share the “wealth,” and we’ve even had an occasional community garage/block sale and barbeque.
