We live in a one-story house with one full bath and one half bath. There are currently three of us: A male/female couple shares the master bedroom and a female stays in the room across from them. We are renting the 12x11 foot room down the hall from us. It has windows on two walls, a ceiling fan and includes a small built-in closet.
The room is available starting April 20th. The rent is $600/month plus utilities (which include garbage, DSL, and if you want you can be added to the Netflix list).
Points of interest?
-Bring your TV because you'll have the only tv cable hookup in the house! The rest of us share the main room and only watch movies.
-The house is a fairly communal environment. We share the wallspace, most of the food, the pots and pans, feminine products etc etc. If you have to have your own specially labeled half-gallon of milk, you will be very unhappy here.
-We don't keep alcohol in the house except for cooking. Not even for parties.
-We have an indoor cat, and he likes to snuggle, so don't reply if you're allergic. We do wash him once a month to keep the fur and dander levels to a minimum.
-Your room can be the biggest sty ever, but you will be asked to contribute to some of the communal area cleaning from time to time.
-We have no room for more communal furniture. We already have more sofas, dining areas etc. than we can handle.
-Our shower has the greatest water pressure known to man, but you can only take 15 minute showers before you run out of hot water.
We have a decent sized backyard, ample parking, and we live in a really fantastic neighborhood. Only three blocks from the park if the backyard isn't big enough for ya. We are about five minutes from 280 and ten from 101. We have a washer and dryer in the house. We have wireless DSL set up.
