Our beautiful South Lake Tahoe property features colorful flower beds, lush green lawns, and a tranquil solarium with a waterfall that will lull you to sleep. In the warm months, enjoy a Barbecue while playing ping-pong, basketball, volleyball or tetherball, or work up a sweat in our workout room. For the younger group, we have a children's play area. We are also located just a short walk from beautiful Lake Tahoe.
In the winter, there are 22 ski resorts in the Lake Tahoe area (the highest concentration of ski resorts in North America), all within driving distance. Guests of the Americana Village are entitled to ski lift ticket discounts for several Lake Tahoe resorts. Catch the ski shuttle up the hill to Heavenly Ski Resort or Sierra at Tahoe, both just minutes away. The famous Lake Tahoe Casino night life and fine local dining is a short drive or nice walk away. Free shuttles are available to most casinos and ski resorts.
