We have a room for rent in a 3bd/3ba townhome located around Mary Ave/California (near Central Expressway). It is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and a quiet and small nearby park.
There is a shared swimming pool for the townhome community and plenty of parking on the street. It's blocks away from the Sunnyvale Post Office, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Quizno's, Albertson's, etc. and it's conveniently located within a couple miles from 101/85/237 for easy freeway access.
The place has heating and A/C as well as lots of storage space in the garage. It includes a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. We also have cable TV and internet including wireless access, PS2.
You'll be living with 3 other housemates (2 asian male, 1 asian female), all young professionals. We are quiet and considerate and easy to get along with.
The room is about 11' x 11' and has a large closet and a private bathroom. The window is facing west and gets a lot of sunlight during the day.
Rent is $575/month and including utilities and other expense, the total is usually around $600 - $610. This will be a month to month lease with a 30 day notice agreement.
The room should be available to be rented around March 19th. I need to fill this room by April 1st.
