| We are offering a 10x12ft bedroom to rent for April and May only. The house is 4 bed/ 2 bath, with a large kitchen and dining room, and seperate living room. Dishwasher, fireplace, bar, and laundry in garage (tenant pays portion of water bill). You would be living with one cat, and three guys in their early twenties--a cinema major, a creative writing major, both at SF State, and a massage therapist/musician. 4:20 friendly.
