I'm a software engineer(female), looking for a female working professional, someone who is quiet, clean and considerate as roommate.
The room is in a one-story single family home located in Santa Clara, in Silicon Valley, near Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, major cross streets are Bowers and Monroe. House is clean, air-conditioned. Washer, dryer and refrigerator provided. Simple household, there is no pets, no kids, no spouses. Rent(utilities included) is on a month-to-month basis but I hope you intend to rent for at least six months or longer.
Looking for a single female who works full-time(not in the house). Please no pets/smoking/drugs/heavy drinking, nothing illegal, no overnight guest. If interested please reply with more about yourself, your work, etc.
