I am a swm (44) and very ez going, fun and respectful. My roommate is a very cool and nice swm (27). I have 1 outdoor cat. We both play guitar and we do meals together on occasion. We enjoy barbecueing, gardening and music and movies etc… The room is 10 x 12 with a full closet its own phone line, cable tv line and high speed internet connection. You would have to share the bathroom. The rent is $550 a month which includes all utilities and full house privledges (cable tv, laundry, kitchen and bath & high speed internet). Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. The neighborhood is xlnt and the house has a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The yard is beautiful and has a covered deck, waterfall and xtra storage. You must be very ez going, responsible, conscientious, respectful and clean.
