I have a room to rent out in a 2bed 1 bath apartment. I am 25, male, non-smoker, and I prefer roommates who are in the same age range and with whom I can be friends with, but at the same time I respect other peoples privacy. During weekdays most of my time goes at my work and weekdays with friends or just watching movies. Anyways my current roommate just switched jobs and has to move by Mar 26th.
The apartment is located at the intersection of Lawrence and El camino Real. Everything is about 5 min walk from the apartment, Fitness 19, shopping stores(Albertson, Kohls), bus stop(#22), but still the apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood away from the traffic. The lease is month to month, but there is a deposit of $550. Utilities would be shared, but santa clara has the cheapest public utilities. And I do have comcast as well.
