One bedroom left! Currently looking for a 4th and final female roommate. There are currently 3 (including myself) women living in this spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Campbell, we range in age from 19-32. We are looking for one more female to rent the last bedroom. It is about 130 sf. in a slight "L" shape, is carpeted, and faces the street/front yard and street tree. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We are close to 17/280, shopping, movies, public transit, etc. There is a cabana club/pool down the street.
You would have access to the rest of the house, kitchen, dining room and garage, washer/dryer in the garage, fenced backyard with fruit trees, screened in Florida room, etc. We currently have one dog, one cat, and one bunny living here, possibly open to more critters but we'd have to meet them first :) The bathroom would be shared between 3 people, you and my 2 roomies.
Rent is $550 a month plus split utilities, there is a $500 deposit. If necessary the deposit can be paid in installments. No smoking/drugs/sleepover boyfriends. You can have friends over but we would like to avoid the drama of waking up to strange men in the house.
