The title says it all. Looking to live in any nice area of SF, not just excelsior/outer mission. Prefer to have all utilities and included and prefer month to month lease. Single Male here, full time worker in a hospital with excellent credit. I am not in a hurry to move in but a t least need to move in in April or May 2006. Prefer in top of the hill daly city or any muni/sam trans accessible houses. BAsically, what i've been seeing is that both tenants and landlords are now picky that is why competition in finding a place is very low. Everybody want s a good deal...tenant or landlord, being the tenant with excellent credit and responsibility, I would like to have a nice landlord who is in need of someone to help pay the bills right away or mortgage that is why I am offering $550 only as a rent fee.
I had been seing apts. for rent this week and I know that landlords are having a hard time to have their places rented out since tenants are very picky too. So the $550 rent move in this April is not a bad offer instead of trying to find a tenant 2 or 3 more months, I know landlords are losing money every month trying to find a good tenant.
All I am saying is that a good tenant is availalbe NOW or AT LEAST READY TO MOVE IN ON APRIL...AND AT LEAST IF I MOVE IN, THERE IS $550 GUARANTEE ALREADY INSTEAD OF HAVINT TO WAIT FOR MAY AND LOSE ANOTHER MONTH'S RENT.
