| Nice old house in the hood. It's very old, and the LL is rather hands off if you know what I mean. 2 rooms for $550+ utilities. I'm 42 yr male with a son, almost 4 yrs I have him mostly in the days. If you have a child around 4 that wouldn be cool. I'm looking for someone who is down to earth, and not into smoking, drugs, or drinking. I'm not a Nazi about it, but if that's your big thing, than we probably wouldn't get along. There's an organic garden that needs love, and attention. Someone into gardening would be cool, but not necessary. I often have bees in the yard, so if you're allergic... There's a washer dryer, and basement space available. The 2 rooms are ajacent (each is approx 9X12 feet), the bedroom has a sleeping loft. The 2nd room would be good as a studio, but not as a bedroom, as it is between the bathroom and the rest of the house. It's 5 min. to the bay bridge, and downtown Oakland, and 5 blocks to BART.
