Hi! Sorry to those of you who tried to contact us about the last post, technical difficulties... :o)
I'm moving out of my house (sadly!) and I'm looking for a replacement for me. I live with 2 great girls, 21 and 22, both Seniors at UCSC. We live on the Westside on Walk Circle, walking distance from Safeway, New Leaf, shopping, bus lines, restaurants, etc. There is also a local market right around the corner. Also super close to the beach!
The room is pretty big, with a big closet and is the sunniest room in the house. The house itself is also large and roomy with a front and back yard. We have a washer and dryer in the house as well, and an adorable cat.
We are a social household, and we hang out together, but being students we have a lot of quite time for studying as well. Friends are always welcome and we are 420 friendly. The house and garage have lots of storage space. There is tons of street parking and two spots in the driveway that we share.
I'm looking for someone great to fill my spot, if you are interested please email me! I’d be happy to show you the place and you can meet the girls! We are trying to find someone to move in ASAP, between March 10th and March 15th.
Rent is $533 a month plus utilities and a deposit.
