This is the nicest house you will ever see renting rooms. We have a room open now and are looking for one nonsmoking, communicative, quiet person to live with us (two dogs, three adult humans).
The house is in Live Oak near the 69 busline. We have a hottub, an organic vege garden, washer, dryer, wireless DSL and NO MOLD!
The bedroom is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other. The rent does not include utilities.
