$1,050 Total. We can negotiate the deposit if it's an issue.. we are flexible on that. We understand that sometimes moving out you have to wait for you refund etc. so just let us know.

Wade: 26 yr old white male, does some kind of data encryption or software dev. He enjoys snowboarding, computers, movies, cooking his killer mac and cheese(from scratch) and spending time with his Girl Friend. Wade is super easy going and a very practical person. Common sence is the key word here..
Fabio: 31 yr old white male, just joined us from Italy last month and is very considerate, always is cooking us some pasta or something. he's an electrical engineer, so careful, he'll offer to take apart anything if it's not working right for you. ;-) we're not really sure what he likes yet.. but so far he's great company and seems to like watching movies with us as long as we put the subtitles on so he can keep up with the jokes.
Greg: that's me.. I'm 26, white, male, work as an IT engineer or tech, what ever you prefer, I'm very easy going, love snowboarding and I actually cried cause I didn't get to go this year.. no even once. :-( oh well, next year. I love anything to do with electronics, movies, games, etc.. I like to mix it up.. go from being a hermet in my room, to dragging everyone in the house to go camping or biking or Tennis? sounds fun, I'll have to try is sometime. Like Wade, I'm very easy going and practical.
