We work with you to determine your rental needs and then provide daily updates on what is available that fits your requirements. We screen with various criteria, including number of bedrooms, price range, dwelling type, and geographic location. We handle all types of dwellings -- houses, condos, townhouses, etc...
You receive daily email notification of any properties that fit your criteria. The information includes, but is not limited to, address, contact information, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, rental price, deposit, and date available – information you need to help you make a decision on each property. The fee for all this is only $50 for a two month service!
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 - 5 and Saturdays 10 - 2.
We can sign clients up either in our office, or over the phone with credit card payment.
