THE PLACE:
ROOM AVAILABLE NOW!
We're offering one decently sized downstairs room (about 11x13) in a four bedroom house in downtown San Jose (on 15th and Julian) for $475 a month. Rent includes water, garbage, gardening, and use of the washer/dryer in the house. We also get cable & wireless internet, but if you don't use either, you aren't required to chip in for those. The house has a full kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, fridge), a living room, TV room, breakfast nook, two off-street parking places (no permit required for the street), central heat, and a landlord that actually fixes broken things and cares about his tenants! This is why we desperatly want to stay here. We don't mind what kind of person move in as long as they're cool (i.e. student/non-student, race/gender/orientation not important)
ABOUT US:
We are three radio-television-film majors at San Jose State, all Seniors, all guys. We don't party or do anything obnoxious, but we're not silence-nazis either. We're easy-going and can get along with pretty much anyone as long as they are cool too! We don't steal eachother's food or make huge messes like other shared houses. We like to watch a lot of movies (being film majors) and listen to music (being radio majors as well).
STIPULATIONS:
The only thing that may be a negative is that all of us are graduating by the end of August, so we *might* be leaving. However, if you wanted to find 3 other people to move in with you (and if it were cool w/ the landlord, of course), this awesome place could be yours!
