I have a room for rent in a large house near Berryessa Road in North San Jose.
It's a nice big house and the rent is pretty cheap. I've been renting this house for almost 10 years now. I am looking to have someone move in by April 1st if possible.
We are looking for someone 20-35 yrs old male or female who is laid back and drama free. We're laid back and pretty quiet. We're not neat freaks, but we do manage to keep the house clean. No list of chores to do - we're all adults and know how to clean up as needed.
About the house:
-Clean, quiet neighborhood
-4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story house
-3000 sq. ft total
-2 living rooms
-game room with a pool table and a projector for watching movies
-laundry room in the house with newer washer and dryer
-Direct TV(dual tuners) with TiVo in 4 rooms
-Wireless internet access included
-2 car garage(used more for storage and building things rather than cars)
-Decent sized backyard with a large vegetable garden
About the room:
-10x10 ft room with a walk-in closet
-large storage rack in the garage
-DirecTV with TiVo in the room
-Rent $450 plus utilities (utilities are from $50-75 a month on average)
-Deposit - $350
-Lease - month to month, but 2 months notice before moving out
The roomates:
-me(32 yr old professional male) and my girlfriend(24 yr old female)
-30 yr old professional male(hides in his room most of the time)
-23 yr old professional female(she's seldom around, except on weekends)
-my cat who is indoor/outdoor and sleeps on the couch most of the time
