Currently, there are 2 asian working professionals in our late 20s (1 female & 1 male) living in the house. We're both very considerate, responsible, and friendly. Also, there's a small 9 year old male dog (pomeranian) living in the house. He's house broken, very friendly, and quiet.
We're looking for a considerate, responsible, friendly roommate, preferrably also a working professional. The rent is 450 plus 1/3 utilities. Water & Sewage are included in the rent. We have wireless DSL, and cable TV. Will share bathroom w/ the (male)roommate. You're welcome to use the washer & dryer, the kitchen any time as long as you clean up after yourself. No smoking, No drugs in the house please.
