Now available for rent is this spacious 2400 square foot home, with a hot tub on the back deck, in the popular Tahoe Keys neighborhood. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and sleeps 9 guests with a maximum capacity of 12. It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a wood burning stove for extra comfort. It is just 10-15 minutes to the casinos and Heavenly ski resort and 30 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe ski resort. Tahoe Keys Homeowners amentities are included, with the purchase of guest passes-indoor pool and spas for winter months and outdoor and indoor pools and spas, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground for Summer months. Smoking and pets are not allowed.For parties with children, we have assorted board games and Disney videos available for use.
3 night-minimum for weekend stays (Friday night through Monday Morning) $279/night plus taxes (winter rates)
Weekday stays $260/night plus taxes (winter rates)

Other fees include a refundable deposit of one night’s stay and cleaning flat fee of $100. All linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. 30-day cancellation policy.
