Beautiful custom-built light and airy vacation rental in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness (above Shell Beach). Bay views from every room, fireplace, wraparound deck and brand new premium hot tub. Quiet and secluded. Romantic for adults, fun for kids, everyone seems to enjoy the house and we have many repeat renters. Only minutes from Point Reyes' beaches, kayaking, hiking, etc.
Two bedrooms+ (One King, Two Twins, One Queen Sofabed, Three Twin size sleeping platforms). Two full bathrooms, each with Bathtub/Shower. Fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, radio and phonograph, BBQ, washer and dryer. Linens provided.
Rent is $270.00 per night plus 10% occupancy tax ($297 total), two night minimum. $1620 per week (7 nights) plus 10% tax ($1,782 total). $500.00 security deposit, refundable if the property is left in the same condition as it was found upon arrival. You are responsible for cleaning the house upon departure. We can arrange for the house to be cleaned if you wish, please let us know beforehand. Any cleaning fees, telephone or Pay-per-view charges will be deducted from deposit. Pets allowed with prior approval.
