San Rafael retirement community seeks experienced Servers. The Servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to residents and their guests. This includes: explaining and transporting wine, liquor and food; responding to guest needs and performing set up and break down duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Effective interpersonal skills, including patience, graciousness, understanding individual needs and preferences. The ability to work as part of a team.
2.Solid communication skills.
3.Ability to learn residents’ names.
4.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, manual dexterity, stand for extended periods of time, walk entire length of dining room.
5.Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
6.Experience in fine dining preferred.
7.Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
