We are looking for someone to sublease our great furnished 1 bd + living room (which could serve as a second bedroom by using the provided sofabed) + office Noe Valley apartment from May 1 through October 1 (specific dates are flexible, but we will require at minimum a 5 month commitment). We live in a first floor flat that is 2 blocks from 24th street with great shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. The place is in a transportation hub with the J-Church line right outside, close to 24th street BART and easy access to 280/101.
Apartment amenities include a living room, bedroom, office, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and rear sunroom (currently a bicycle workshop). In addition, there is free laundry right next to the sunroom. We have an Apple wireless Airport installed that we would leave, subletter would pay the SBC DSL bill in addition to the PG&E gas/electric. There is a great backyard that has beautiful gardens and we have a table outside to enjoy the SF summer evenings. On street parking only (mostly non-permitted). Parking doesn’t seem to be that difficult in this neighborhood for some reason. There is convenient off street BICYCLE parking accessed from the front of the unit (room for for 2-4 bikes).
We are looking for an individual or couple that will be respectful of our stuff, non-smoking and no pets (both listed on our lease). You will need a recent credit report and a couple of personal references.
