Our cabin is designed for families with kids of all ages. Very clean, cozy cabin on quiet street in Tahoe Donner. Approx 1400 Sq ft. Back deck looks out to green belt. In the winter the backyard is perfect for sledding. In the summer the backyard connects to many trails for hiking. All the comforts of home.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The two downstairs bedrooms have a queen and king respectively. Upstairs bedroom has full/twin bunk and 2 twins. Loft has a day bed which converts to 2 twin beds. Two complete bathrooms with bath/shower. Forced heat and woodstove. Washer/Dryer. DSL. Dishwasher. Linens provided. Cable TV in family room and loft both with DVD/VCR combos. Play Station with games, Foosball, Darts, and board games. Tahoe Donner recreational facilities include tennis courts, pools, lap pool, weight room, children’s play yard, sauna and spa. Activities and Attractions
Winter: skiing snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, are just 10 –20 minutes away at major resorts including Squaw Valley, Northstart, Sugar Bowl, Royal Gorge, and Boreal Ridge. Also a great family ski resort is available in Tahoe Donner. Snow shoeing and snow play is also available.
Spring/Summer/Fall: Swimming, boating, jet skiing at Donner Lake. Biking, rock-climbing, horseback riding, tennis, hiking and fishing nearby. Play golf at several great courses - Coyote Moon, Tahoe Donner, Squaw Creek, Northstar and Ponderosa (9 holes). Trout Creek and Northwoods rec center pools and facilities generally open 10am to 7 pm, with sauna, weight room and spa open at Trout Creek until 10pm. Historic Truckee, Donner Party Museum and Camp are 5 minutes away. Great shopping and restaurants in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe.
