A really fabulous unit. A wonderful living space for a single person or couple (won't really work for roommates in my opinion, but you are welcome to look to see if it will work for you). It is one blook from Clement Street shops/restaurants. This unit reeks of old world charm (charm as a good description, not one to cover up old worn down unit), but it has modern updates. Really convenient for working dowtown, student at USF, or medical profession working at CPMC (CA campus) or French Hospital. Depending on your situation, you can walk or grab the MUNI and be there in no time flat!
