Downstairs guest room – Bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom

Laundry room with washer/dryer
Departure cleaning fee of $80 and refundable security/damage deposit of $200 are required in addition to the nightly rental amount. The security deposit will be refunded within seven days of departure assuming the cabin is left in good condition.
Note: In order to reserve a specific date, a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $150 is required and will be applied towards the total rent. The balance of the rent, along with the departure cleaning fee and refundable security deposit, is due five days prior to occupancy and can be paid by cashier’s check, personal check, money order or Paypal.
