6-month lease ($1,395 apartment) = $25.00 + $1,395.00 (regular) + $1,395.00 = $2,815.00 [Normal]
1-year lease ($1,495 apartment) = $25.00 + $747.50(1/2 off) + $1,495.00 = $2,267.50 [Special]

6-month lease ($1,495 apartment) = $25.00 + $1,495.00 (regular) + $1,495.00 = $3,015.00 [Normal]
