On top floor (4th) of great building, with elevator. 15-foot ceiling in big living/dining room; large dining room table, breakfast counter or bar; office/computer area, tall bookcase, counters and cabinets; wall-to-wall carpeting and parquet floors; washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher; disposal; microwave; bathroom with tub/shower; air-conditioner in bedroom (rarely needed). Fireplace. Living room opens onto spacious, skylight-covered private balcony with view over the park, patio furniture with umbrella, barbeque and plants (and herbs and tomatoes!).
Furnishings include queen-size bed, queen futon couch, dresser, TV, DVD, tuner, plants, dishes, pots, original artwork, etc. Cable available. Additional big roof deck with 360° views, great for sun-worshippers or stargazing — and 4th of July fireworks.
This desirable Adams Point condo is across from beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland on Park View Terrace — walking distance to 19th St. BART and Grand/Lakeshore shopping district including Arizmendi Bakery, coffeehouses (Peet’s, Starbucks, + more --Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods coming), Noah’s bagels, fine restaurants; Rockridge and Piedmont Ave. shopping and recreation minutes away by car or bike.
