My loft condo, located at the base of the Tahoe Donner lift, comfortably sleeps 4 people. There's a spiral staircase leading to a large bedroom with a new queen-sized bed that you can adjust for firmness. In the main living area, there's a full-sized futon, brand new tv, vcr, and dvd player, stereo, CD collection, and dining room table that accommodates 4 people. The bathroom has a full bath tub and shower. I've cooked many multi-course meals on the the 2-burner stove in the kitchen. From the deck, there are mountain views.
As a guest in my condo, you'd have access to the many amenities at Tahoe Donner, including discounted lift tickets to the ski slope outside the front door of the building and access to the private fitness center and spa (for a small guest fee) with year-round heated pool.
These units typically rent for $150 / night, plus cleaning fees and taxes. I'm willing to rent my unit for $125 / night (two night minimum), provided you clean up upon your departure. Bring your own linens, or use mine and wash them in the laundry room. Wash and put away all dishes. Leave things as you found them. Not too much to ask for a significant savings.
