2 axles, tires in poor condition
Exterior Condition:
Trailer has very good new roof. Includes old 5'X4' metal external shed. Covered porch along door side of trailer with locking door. External small washer and dryer in separate shed. Large water heater in contained shed. Lattice around base. Some windows cannot be clamped shut. Some stickers remain from previous owner, many of the stickers have been removed with a razor blade; some sticker gunk remains. May need paint in near future.
Interior Condition:
Includes working shower. Inside handle of back door that leads to covered porch is in need of repair or replacement.
