Hi,
I am a 24 year old mother of an 18 month old girl. We are looking for another single mom with a younger child looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house in Walnut Creek. I need two bedrooms, and willing to pay $1000 for the two. I have found many houses on Craigslist with four bedrooms for under $2000. I have great credit, personal and employer references. I currently watch two infants four days a week (2 days-one baby, 2 days-other baby) until June and then I will be only watching a baby for 2 days and working out of the house the rest of the time. I am a clean person, but understand that kids come with clutter and messes and am not anal!! I don't smoke but I do enjoy a night or two a month going out with my friends to the bars. I have some requirements that I would like my new roomate to have, here is a list:
*Highschool graduate, some college preferred but not required (I never had the chance to finish, so I understand!)
*Decent credit and reliable for rent and utility payments
*Employed
*English speaking (Bi-lingual ok)
*Non-smoker, no drugs, drinking socially preferred!!
*No cats, reptiles, please!!
*No drama with ex's please, don't want them banging down the door late at night!
