I'm a single man, 46 years old, with two well-behaved indoor cats. I've had the same job for over 12 years. My lease will be up mid-April '06.
I'm looking for (at least) a one bedroom space or very large studio in the Brisbane hills (Humboldt/Trinity/Kings, etc) or near Woodside (Purisima area), or a similar situation in a natural setting around Potrero Hill, the Mission, etc.
An inlaw space can be considered. I'm not interested in a share/roommate situation.
Outdoor space for container plants and a large orchid collection would be good. I'm able to contribute gardening/outdoor maintenance/caretaking and Macintosh tech/home networking setup and maintenance, but this isn't essential.
Rustic is okay (within reason). I'd need a bathtub and shower (combo okay). It would be good if the space and neighborhood is quiet. I'm a good neighbor and prefer to live around good neighbors.
I'm considerate, quiet, responsible, stable and friendly, with excellent credit and tenant references from landlords in Brisbane, Woodside and Potrero Hill.
