Initial Deposit – 50% to hold reservation. Balance plus $200 security deposit due 45 days prior to stay.
Initial deposit is fully refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the reserved day. No refund after that.
Security Deposit:$200 deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks pending inspection by property manager.
